A non-refundable application fee of $100

per applicant will be charged at the time

of application. If approved, membership

is valid for ve years.

How Do I Declare Goods?

As a Global Entry member, you must

declare all goods you are importing into

the United States. You will be required to

CBP brochure, Know Before You Go.

Children under the age of 14 are not eligible to participate.

Children between the ages of 14 and 18 will require written

consent by a parent or legal guardian.

Who Qualies for Global Entry?

U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents of the

U.S., and citizens of certain other countries are

eligible for Global Entry membership provided

that they:

• Are not the subject of an investigation by

any Federal, State, or local law enforcement

agency.

How Do I Apply?

1. Go to www.globalentry.gov and ll out an

application.

2. Once your application has been reviewed,

you will be asked to schedule an interview

at one of the Global Entry Enrollment Centers.

At that interview a CBP ofcer will determine

resident card.
